Who is Q20i / A3004 for?
A home worker comparing over-ear listening options for a shared room. Call-microphone quality and fit still need separate evaluation.
Our buying take
Separate two jobs before choosing headphones: listening with less background distraction, and being clearly heard on calls. Active noise cancellation addresses the first job; it does not by itself prove the second. Q20i belongs on a comparison list for a commute or a shared room, while someone on calls all day should prioritize microphone demonstrations and return terms.
The tradeoff to understand
Noise-canceling specifications do not establish call quality or comfort. We have not measured cancellation, battery life or microphone performance. Check the exact color and model offered.
Before you add it to your list
For a long commute, compare weight, clamping comfort and replacement ear pads as well as headline specifications. No laboratory or hands-on testing was performed for this note.
